As new home buyers, my fiancé and I were pretty uncertain what on earth we were doing. We knew we wanted to start “looking” but had no interest in buying. Matt was the best and heard us loud and clear. He knew we were going to be slow but still took his time to show us homes. He listened when we said “not right now” but also had the ability to know a decision this big sometimes needs a push and some encouragement. After about 4 months we decided to do one big day to look at 6 homes (see Matt rocks)! After the 3rd home. we put in an offer. By midnight that night, an offer was accepted and less than 40 days later we moved in. From “just-looking”, to “narrowing it down,” to “okay we are ready,” and finally “close time!” Matt was there. We had 400 questions, late-night emails, and calls and he was patient, kind, and very funny. Matt’s the kind of person you want by your side whether you’re buying a house or having a house party. Trust him. We are loving our home so much and couldn’t have done it without him.

Matt is phenomenal! He was vital during the showings pointing out and noticing things we would never have noticed or thought to consider, things like the age of the water heater, age and type of flooring and roof and giving us an idea of when these things would have to be replaced and how much they’d cost. This helped us make a more informed decision on each location. He was flexible with showing times and sent us several properties each week to consider. He guided us on making a strong offer and finalized the paperwork quickly which helped us get our home in this competitive marketplace. He has checked upon us through the whole process; his communication and attentiveness are excellent! Choosing a realtor is such an important decision, they are your counselor, cheerleader, advocate, etc. We are so grateful Matt was ours!
