Patty is a Dominican native, fluent in both English and Spanish. She has lived in the Northwest Suburbs for 4 years and now in Chicago for 8 years. Her deep sense of curiosity to learn new things translates to expert knowledge about all the activities, restaurants, and schools the city and northwest suburbs have to offer.
Patty is a fierce advocate for others, and she takes that tenacity to negotiate for her clients to gain the best possible outcome. Her goal is to ensure all of her clients feel at ease as if they were working with their best friend, sister, or childhood friend as the home buying or selling process can be tricky to navigate.
