He has built his business by understanding his clients' needs, having extensive knowledge of the marketplace, demonstrating tough negotiating skills, marketing accordingly, and showing that he loves what he does by the care and detail he puts in.
Client satisfaction is Nicholas’s number one priority. He provides more than just the traditional residential real estate services of buying and selling. He assists in staging and design, property management, valuation, and consultation services. Helping buyers in the prequalification of the mortgage process. Providing complimentary comparable market analysis and school reports. His extensive referral network includes attorneys, mortgage lenders, home improvement contractors, plumbers, electricians, and home inspectors.
Nicholas grew up in Wheeling and attended Buffalo Grove High School where he wrestled starting in the sixth grade. Nicolas went on to wrestle Division 1 for Cal State Fullerton University and then became a varsity coach at Hersey High School and Wheeling High School between 2010-2020. Nicholas currently lives in Hawthorn Woods with his wife Jessica, son Caleb, and daughter McKenzie. He is a true family man to the core and loves watching his kids grow up.
